What will be done with the retention ponds? +

The front entrance retention pond belongs to the Florida DOT. There is a very good possibility that they will fence in that pond. The plan for the retention ponds around Nature Creek is to paint the fences black so they will be much less noticeable and then plant vegetation around the perimeter. The developers are also looking at putting fountains in the ponds.

How long until the clubhouse is built? +

The club house will be built in Phase 2 - Phase 1 is under construction and has 80 lots – Phase 2 has the club house, pool and amenities. Estimated to be about a year away.

All of the units have impact glass windows and doors, are very well insulated and each unit is separated by a separate fire wall with double 5/8” drywall. There will also be vegetation planted along the property line to buffer the noise from the interstate.

There will be concrete patios as well as grass behind each unit with a divider between them. There will be fences available as an upgrade as well as some beautifully designed patio upgrades.
